How to Report a Practitioner or Facility
ODORBN provides a process for reporting practitioners and facilities for malpractice and professional misconduct.
1. Search for the professional
Open the public register search and enter the name, email or board number of the practitioner or facility, then run the search.
2. Select the correct profile
From the results, open the matching profile. This takes you to the professional's profile page where their registration status is shown.
3. Submit your report
Use the report form on the profile page to describe the malpractice or misconduct. Provide your name, email, a reason and full details.
Valid grounds for reporting
A report may be made for malpractice or professional misconduct. If you cannot find the profile, you may be dealing with an unregistered or unapproved practitioner or facility — please contact the board directly.
