Dr. Obinna Awiaka declares the 9th session of the Association of Nigerian Dispensing Opticians (ANDO) Annual conference and AGM open in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Speaking at the occasion, the Registrar charged Nigerian Opticians to advocate for their cause and fully integrate into the value chain of the eye care delivery system, build leadership capacity, and fight quackery in the profession.
